§ 32.40 CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS FUND.
   (A)   The Town Council resolves that the need exists for the establishment of the Christmas Decorations Fund.
   (B)   The sources of funding for the newly established fund are from donations, fundraisers, and any other funding source not specifically prohibited by law.
   (C)   Christmas decorations purchased from the fund shall include, but are not limited to Christmas lights, extension cords, garlands, wreaths, Christmas trees, tinsel, snowflakes, and stars.
