§ 153.07 REAL ESTATE VALUE.
   No building shall hereafter be erected in or transferred into the residential district of the town the interior of which building or structure is made and constructed of unfinished or use material and which by reason of its type, plan, or construction will materially lessen or tend to lessen the value of other real estate in or near the same vicinity, or which is not placed when moved or constructed, on a solid foundation of cement, brick, building blocks, or other similar material.
