§ 153.01 TYPES OF BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES PERMITTED.
   In the Residential District, no building or premises shall be used and no building shall be hereafter erected or structurally altered or building moved into said town unless otherwise provided in this chapter, except for one or more of the following uses:
   (A)   One- or two-family dwellings;
   (B)   Churches;
   (C)   Schools;
   (D)   Funeral homes;
   (E)   Hospitals or nursing homes as recognized by the medical profession or state law;
   (F)   Apartment houses;
   (G)   Institutions of an educational civic or philanthropic nature;
   (H)   Public park buildings; or
   (I)   Accessory buildings and uses customarily incident to any of the above uses when located on the same lot and not involving the conduct of business.
