§ 152.24 FEES.

   (A)   Building permit fees. Building permits fees for the town are set as follows:

      (1)   Construction costs not exceeding $5,000: $15.00;

      (2)   Construction costs more than $5,000 and less than $10,000: $20;

      (3)   Construction costs more than $10,000 and less than $15,000: $25;

      (4)   Construction costs more than $15,000 and less than $25,000: $30; and

      (5)   Construction costs more than $25,000: $45.

   (B)   Building inspection fees. Building inspection fees are $10 for each required inspection.

   (C)   Rezoning and variance fees. Rezoning and variance fees are $25 plus any required publication/advertisement fee.

    (D)   Home occupation permit fees. Home occupation permits are $25 per permit.
