§ 151.05 AUTOMOBILE TRAILERS AS PERMANENT RESIDENCES.
   Automobile trailers shall not be used as a permanent place of abode or as a permanent dwelling or for indefinite periods of time provided that any such trailer properly connected with the town water supply and sanitary sewer systems, and constructed and located in compliance with all requirements of the building, plumbing, sanitary, health, zoning, and electrical statutes of this state, and not inhabited by a greater number of occupants than that for which it was designed, may be permitted on any premises under permits properly secured as provided for in said building, plumbing electrical, sanitary, health, and zoning statutes of the state.
