(A) If such tourist camps are equipped with tourist cabins, the construction of said tourist cabins shall comply, in all respects, with all other ordinances of said incorporated town relating to buildings. The tourist cabins so constructed shall each be furnished with suitable toilet facilities and bathing accommodations.
(B) No tourist camp which is used for parking trailer or for camping purposes shall be permitted in said incorporated town unless a suitable and proper washroom and water closets shall be provided by the owner, agent, or lessee. Said water closets shall be equipped with not less than one seat for each ten people, and those water closets or toilets used by the women and girls in said camps shall have separate approaches and be separate and apart from those used by the men.
(C) In any tourist camp where each cabin is not equipped with toilet and bathing facilities, there shall be constructed lavatories and washrooms which shall be adjacent to the toilet rooms and constructed and of such number that there shall be allocated one lavatory to each ten people which the said camp will accommodate at normal times.
(D) In addition to the toilets and lavatories, the owner, agent, or lessee in each such establishment, shall provide a shower bath or bath tub to each ten people that said camp will accommodate, and these shall be enclosed in suitable structures as to ensure privacy, and shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
(E) Each tourist camp shall be equipped with approved fire extinguishers.
(F) No person shall remain a resident of any such tourist camp for greater than 90 days continuously.
(G) The toilet facilities, hereinabove described, together with the baths and lavatories shall each and all be connected with the permanent sewer system of said incorporated town, in the event said sewer system is available. If said tourist camp is so located that the sewer is not available, suitable septic tanks or other absorption devices shall be constructed.
(H) All tourist camps shall be provided with an adequate supply of drinking water.
(I) All tourist camps located in said incorporated town shall be properly and adequately lighted at all times so that the yard thereof will be safe for the occupants and visitors and each and every toilet room, bath house, or lavatory house shall be equipped with a light to be kept burning in from sunset until dawn of each and every night.
(J) No occupant of any tourist camp within said incorporated town shall use the space allocated to him or her for commercial purposes of any nature, kind, or description whatsoever.
(K) Each of the regulations prescribed in this chapter shall be in addition to the regulations contained in an Act of the General Assembly of the year 1935, Chapter 24, which is known as the “Tourist Camp License Law” and the regulations and rules prescribed by the State Board of Health, pursuant to said Act.
(L) It shall be unlawful to occupy and maintain any trailer or house car whether same is resting upon wheels or other foundation within the town except in a duly licensed tourist camp and strictly in accordance with each and all of the provisions of this chapter.
(M) It shall be unlawful, within the limits of this town, for any person to park any trailer on any street, alley, or highway, or other public place or on any tract of land owned by any person, occupied or unoccupied, within this town except as provided for in this chapter.
(1) Emergency or temporary stopping or parking is permitted on any street, alley, or highway for not longer than one hour.
(2) No person shall park or occupy any trailer on the premises of any occupied dwelling or any lot which is not a part of the premises of any occupied dwelling either of which is situated outside an approved trailer camp except the parking of only one unoccupied trailer in an accessory private garage building, or in a rear yard in any district, is permitted providing no living quarter shall be maintained or any business practiced in said trailer which such trailer is so parked or stored.
