No tourist camp shall be designated or constructed or occupied in the incorporated town unless the same shall have in front thereof, a yard. Said yard must extend completely across that portion of the camp which faces upon a public street or highway, and there shall be no obstructions in said yard for a distance of 40 feet from the inside line of the sidewalk abutting said street. It is the intention of this section to provide a 40-feet building line for all tourist camps.
