§ 150.03 DECLARATION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE.

All buildings or portions thereof within the town which are determined after inspection by two members of the Planning Commission to be UNSAFE as defined in § 150.05 are hereby declared to be public nuisances and shall be abated by repair, rehabilitation, demolition, or removal.
