§ 132.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Any person violating the provisions of § 132.01(A) shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $1 and not more than $10 for each and distinct offense.
      (2)   Any person convicted of violating the provisions of § 132.01(B) shall be fined in any sum not less than $1 nor more than $10 with costs of prosecution added.
   (C)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 132.15 through 132.27 may be deemed guilty of a Class B infraction, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $1,000. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as hereunder.
