§ 130.43 ENFORCEMENT.

Enforcement of this chapter may be by lawsuit initiated in the name of the town by the Town Attorney or by prosecution. If it is necessary to file such a lawsuit, the defendant shall pay a reasonable fee to the Town Attorney in the event the town should prevail.
