§ 112.21 AFFIDAVIT.
   (A)   Any such person when making his or her application for license for such sales shall make an affidavit and file it with the Town Clerk-Treasurer, showing all the facts relating to the reasons for and character of such sale so to be advertised or represented and showing that such sale is in fact as it is to be advertised or represented, including a statement of the names of the persons from whom the goods, wares or merchandise so to be advertised or represented were obtained, the date of delivery to the person applying for the license, and the place from which said goods, wares, or merchandise were last taken.
   (B)   If said affidavit shall fail to show that such sale is of the character as the same is intended to be advertised or represented, as shown in such affidavit, then said Town Clerk-Treasurer shall refuse said applicant a license for such sale.
   (C)   Any person making a false statement of any fact in such affidavit shall be prosecuted for perjury.
   (D)   Such transient merchant shall pay to the Town Marshal the sum of $10 per day for each and every day such sale is continued.
