§ 110.04 AUCTIONS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to sell goods, wares, merchandise, or any manufactured article at auctions, in the streets, stores, shops, or elsewhere in the said town except it be a legal sale, without first obtaining license therefor.
   (B)   Any person desiring to sell such goods at public auction in said town, shall pay the Town Marshal the license fee of not less than $3 nor more than $10 for the first day and $2 for each succeeding day, which shall include the night following.
