(A) It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to exhibit for gain or profit in the town any show of puppets, wax figures, circus, menagerie, caravan, acrobatic performance, legerdemain, side show, or hippodrome, without license.
(B) Licenses shall be granted by the Town Clerk-Treasurer upon application for any of the purposes aforesaid, upon the payment into the town treasury as follows:
(1) For each circus, menagerie, caravan, or hippodrome: $10 for each day;
(2) For each other purpose set out: $3 for each day; and
(3) Said application shall be accompanied by the Town Clerk-Treasurer’s receipt.
