§ 93.40 EFFECT.
   (A)   This subchapter supplements and does not limit any other remedy or action available in law or in equity regarding the subject matter hereof.
   (B)   This subchapter, pursuant to I.C. 36-2-4-8, shall be in force and effect in accordance with state law, upon its passage by the Town Council and following any required publication and applicable waiting period.
