§ 31.01 CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER.
   The duties of the Code Enforcement Officer for the town shall be as follows.
   (A)   The Code Enforcement Officer shall enforce all ordinances adopted by the town.
   (B)   The Code Enforcement Officer will be responsible for electronic fingerprinting of all citizens requesting gun permits.
   (C)   The Code Enforcement Officer will be responsible for being the School Liaison Officer, and be in charge of making child identification DVD’s for all students at said school.
   (D)   The Code Enforcement Officer will maintain arrest powers, and continue with mandated training as per the State Law Enforcement Academy and state requirements.
   (E)   The Code Enforcement Officer will still be available to the Town Police Department when needed, but will be under the Supervision of the Town Planning Board and Town Council when enforcing town ordinances.
   (F)   The Code Enforcement Officer will work at the pleasure of the Town Council.
   (G)   The Code Enforcement Officer will complete any and all duties as requested or assigned by the Town Council.
