(A) It is unlawful for any person to burn trash or any other materials after the hours of 6:00 p.m. and before the hours of 6:00 a.m., local prevailing time, in the town.
(B) During the hours of between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., it is permissible to burn the following combustible materials: paper, cartons, boxes, wood, and tree branches.
(C) Between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., it is permissible to burn dry leaves so long as the leaves are not burned on the streets of the town. Leaves must be burned on private property and may not necessarily be burned in a secure container.
(D) Except for burning of leaves, all other fires which are permitted shall be in a secured container where sparks or flames shall not be an immediate threat to any adjoining property owner. At all times when burning is conducted whether in an enclosed container or not, fires shall be attended at all times by a responsible person who has caused the fire to be made.
(E) It shall be unlawful to burn non-combustible trash at any time. It is further unlawful to allow a fire to smolder.
