§ 91.08 ENFORCEMENT.

Enforcement of this chapter may be by lawsuit initiated in the name of the town by the Town Attorney for the town or by prosecution under the laws of the state where applicable. In the event it is necessary to file such a lawsuit, the defendant shall pay all court costs and attorney fees of the Town Attorney should the town prevail.
