§ 90.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined as follows:

      (1)   First violation in a calendar year: $25;

      (2)   Second violation in a calendar year: $50; and

      (3)   Third violation in a calendar year: $100.

   (B)   Payment of fees is due 30 days from original invoice date. In the event the administrative fee is not paid within 60 days of notification, a late fee in the amount of $10 per false alarm call shall be added to the amount due every 30-day period that the amount remains unpaid.

   (B)   Should a disagreement arise over an administrative penalty, an appeal may be submitted in writing by the alarm business within 30 days from the original invoice date. A copy of the invoice needs to be included in the appeal. Appeals must be sent to:
