§ 73.01 DEFINITION.
   A CARGO VEHICLE is any motor vehicles designed or used primarily for the purposes of carrying cargo and having more than two axles whether such axles are upon any single vehicle or of any combination of vehicle and trailer attached in tandem or having a gross weight of more than 13,500 pounds.
