§ 72.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   The following penalties shall apply to any person violating any provision of this chapter:
         (a)   First violation is a fine of $35;
         (b)   Second violation is a fine of $50;
         (c)   Third violation is a fine of $150; and
         (d)   Fourth violation, golf cart will be impounded and permit will be revoked. Golf cart cannot be returned until tow and storage fee is paid along with a $250 fine.
      (2)   If permit is revoked, it cannot be reinstated for one year from the date of revocation. When permit is reinstated, there will be a $100 reinstatement fee along with the $25 permit fee which is nonrefundable. This reinstatement will be a probationary reinstatement for six months from the date of reinstatement. Any further violations during this period will result in total revocation of permit with no reinstatement possible.
   (C)   Any operator who violates this §§ 72.20 through 72.22, shall commit a Class C infraction, unless otherwise provided by state statute(s).
