§ 72.21 HIGHWAYS DESIGNATED.

From and after the effective date of this subchapter, all highways within the town’s road system may be utilized for travel by off-road vehicles, subject to the rule and regulation now existing or hereafter enacted by the State Department of Natural Resources and applicable state statutes.
