§ 70.03 TOY VEHICLES.

It shall be unlawful for any person to ride or propel any tricycle, velocipede, child’s wagon, lawnmower, or wheelbarrow upon or along any cement sidewalk within the town; provided, that this section shall not apply to any person or persons crossing any sidewalk by way of egress or ingress to other private premises.
