§ 52.090 RATES OF SURCHARGE.

   The rate of surcharge, in addition to volumetric charges, for the following constituents shall be as follows:

   (A)   BOD in excess of 250 milligrams per liter: $0.133 per pound;

   (B)   COD where BOD cannot be determined in excess of 500 milligrams per liter: $0.133 per pound; and

   (C)   Suspended solids in excess of 250 milligrams per liter: $0.114 per pound.
