(A) (1) The Golf Advisory Commission shall consist of five members, all of whom shall be interested in the community's golf needs and be either:
(a) Residents of the city;
(b) Own real estate therein; or
(c) Own or work for a business located therein.
(2) The Mayor, with the advice and consent of the City Council, shall appoint the members.
(B) The following persons shall serve as nonvoting ex officio members: the Bunker Links golf professional, the Bunker Links groundskeeper and the Director of Parks and Recreation.
