The Public Transportation Advisory Commission shall:
(A) Review and make comments to the City Council regarding applications requesting grant monies for city transit and handivan activities;
(B) Review and make comments to the City Council concerning proposed rate and service changes for the city transit and handivan systems; and
(C) Address and make comments to the City Council on other transit needs and policies pertaining to the other forms of public transit (e.g., airports, taxicabs, railroads).
