(A) (1) The Public Transportation Advisory Commission consists of seven members, all of whom shall be interested in all phases of the community's transit needs and shall be either:
(a) Residents of the city;
(b) Own real estate therein; or
(c) Own or work for a business located therein.
(2) The Mayor shall appoint, subject to City Council approval, the members of the Commission for terms of three years.
(B) The following employees of the city shall serve as ex officio members:
(1) Handivan Coordinator;
(2) Director of Community Development , or his or her designee; and
(3) Program Compliance Oversight Monitor (PCOM).
(C) The individuals listed in division (B) above shall have no vote and shall attend only those meetings in which items concerning their operation are considered.
