§ 33.023 POSTING OF HEARING SIGNS.
   In any case in which, in the opinion of the Building Inspector, the Commission’s action could create a visual impact upon the exterior appearance of the building or a safety impact upon a neighboring property, it shall be the duty of the city to post a sign on the premises for which an action is being requested. The sign shall be posted not less than seven days before the hearing date and give the time and place of the hearing.
