(A) Comprehensive Plan adopted by reference. The 2018 Galesburg Comprehensive Plan, including all maps and other descriptive materials attached thereto, is hereby incorporated by reference, adopted as a part of this DO, and shall be hereinafter referred to as the “Comprehensive Plan.”
(B) Comprehensive Plan available for public inspection. A copy of the Comprehensive Plan for the city, together with a copy of this section shall be placed on file in the office of the City Clerk and shall be available at all times during business hours for public inspection. Copies of this plan and all ordinances implementing the same shall be made available to all interested parties upon payment of a sum as the corporate authorities shall, from time to time, determine to be adequate to reimburse the General Fund of the city for the cost of printing and distribution of the same.
