The Commission shall elect from its membership a chairperson, vice-chairperson and secretary who shall serve for terms of one year and who shall be eligible for reelection. The chairperson shall preside over meetings. In the absence of the chairperson, the vice-chairperson shall perform the duties of the chairperson. Proceedings of each meeting shall be recorded by the secretary of the Commission.
