§ 151.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   The minimum fine to be imposed upon a person convicted of violating this chapter is $250.
   (B)   In addition to the penalty provided above, the city may bring an appropriate action in the Circuit Court to enjoin any action undertaken by any person in violation of this chapter and to restore any property to its condition prior to the unauthorized action.
