The consideration period on proposed landmarks shall commence at the time of the submission of the request under § 151.037(A) and continue until the final City Council decision. During this period, the Building Inspector shall impose a moratorium on any construction, alteration, demolition or removal of improvements on the property proposed for landmark designation.
