§ 151.019 POWERS AND DUTIES.

   The Commission shall have four categories of duties and powers:

   (A)   The first dealing with general activities involving landmark and historic preservation district identification;

   (B)   The second dealing specifically with landmarks;

   (C)   The third dealing with historic preservation districts; and

   (D)   The fourth dealing with designation of properties suitable for limited business use.
