§ 151.017 OFFICERS.
   The Commission shall elect from its membership a chairperson and a vice-chairperson who shall serve for terms of one year and who shall be eligible for reelection. The chairperson shall preside over meetings. In the absence of the chairperson, the vice-chairperson shall perform the duties of the chairperson.
