The permit issued hereunder shall designate the route over which the applicant shall move any building to which this subchapter applies. The route shall not be changed unless the permit is amended. Should part of the route be over a state highway, the permit shall not be issued unless consents as may be required by the State Commerce Commission or the State Division of Highways are first obtained and exhibited to the Building Inspector. The moving of the building shall be continuous as long as the building remains upon a street or alley. The route chosen and the time of movement shall be such as in the opinion of the Building Inspector offer the least public inconvenience with the greatest public safety.
