§ 150.187 INTERFERING STRUCTURES.
   If it appears to the Building Inspector that it may be necessary to cut, raise or replace any interfering structure in order to facilitate the movement of a building, the permit shall not be issued unless the applicant first files with the Building Inspector a receipt given to the applicant by the owner or other lawful custodian of the interfering structure for a deposit equal to the amount of actual expense involved in cutting, raising or replacing the same.
