Before any mechanical and/or fuel gas equipment is installed, a permit shall be obtained from the office of the Plumbing Inspector. The following schedule of fees shall be used for all permits required under this subchapter:
(A) Single-family and two-family residential furnaces, boilers or air conditioning equipment, $20 per unit.
(B) Multi-family, institutional, commercial or industrial furnaces, boilers, air conditioning equipment, related duct work, related piping and/or hood suppression systems:
(1) First $1,000 cost or contract bid, $20; and
(2) Each additional $1,000 or fraction thereof, $10.
