It shall be unlawful to install any gas, oil or LP gas-burning space heaters, boilers, furnaces, air conditioning equipment or similar equipment, within the corporate limits of the city, without first meeting the requirements of this Code, including the rules and regulations contain in Chapters 12 through 24, inclusive, of the 2012 International Residential Code, and the 2012 International Fuel Gas Code and the 2012 International Mechanical Code, which rules, regulations and approved changes are hereby adopted by reference.
