§ 150.111 PROTECTION OF CONDUCTORS.
   (A)   All service entrance conductors for an overhead service shall be installed in rigid metal conduit or intermediate metal conduit from the weatherhead to the service disconnect.
   (B)   All service entrance conductors for an underground service shall be installed in rigid metal conduit or intermediate metal conduit where exposed either above grade outside, or inside where not completely enclosed within a wall structure or other means of enclosing the conduit to prevent damage. The outside measurement shall be from grade level to eight feet above grade.
   (C)   All underground conduits that enclose conductors operating at above 100 volts shall be rigid metal conduit, or intermediate metal conduit where they emerge from grade unless they are completely enclosed within a wall structure or other means of enclosing the conduit to prevent damage.
