Ceiling boxes, where the installation of decorative light fixtures and paddle fans are capable of being mounted and installed in one-family and two-family new construction, shall be of metal construction and permanently supported by means of a wood member having dimensions of two inches by four inches or larger, nailed between two ceiling joists or roof trusses or by a listed assembly for ceiling fan installation.
