Electrical contractor’s licenses shall be issued only to an individual, not the firm or corporation. In the event a company loses its individual who carries the electrical contractor’s license due to death, relocation, transfer of ownership or similar activity, a 90-day grace period shall be given in which the company can find another individual who will be licensed for the business.
