Any person, partnership or corporation eligible to perform the wrecking or demolition of a single-family, two-family or multi-family residential building within the corporate limits shall comply with the following special residential demolition requirements for the removal of accessory structures: at the time the main residential building(s) are removed from the site, all accessory structures (e.g., detached garages, carports, utility sheds, swimming pools, decks and the like) shall be removed.
