(A) IBC adoption. The 2012 edition of the International Building Code, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., including specifically Appendices C, F, H and I thereof, is hereby adopted as the Building Code for the city. It is incorporated by reference as if fully set out in this subchapter, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes described in this subchapter.
(B) IRC adoption. The 2012 edition of the International Residential Code for One and Two-Family Dwellings, including specifically Appendices A, B, C, D, E, G (except subsection 9 in section AG105.2 of Appendix G), H, I, J, and K, is hereby adopted as the Residential Code for the city. It is incorporated by reference as if fully set out in this subchapter, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes described in this subchapter.
