§ 32.055 BOND.
   Prior to undertaking his or her duties as treasurer, the treasurer shall give a sufficient bond to the city, conditioned upon the faithful performance by the treasurer of his or her duties under this subchapter and the statutes so providing. The bond shall be approved by the Mayor.
