§ 32.054 POWERS AND DUTIES; RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   (A)   The Board shall have the power to approve the expenditure of monies from the Foreign Fire Insurance Tax Fund solely for the maintenance, use and benefit of the Fire Department.
   (B)   The Board may adopt rules and regulations for governing itself and for the execution of its duties, and may provide for election of its members and management of the Fund.
   (C)   The Board may amend or revoke rules and regulations so adopted.
