§ 130.127 EXEMPTIONS.
   (A)   Smoking is allowed only as provided by § 35 of the Smoke Free Illinois Act (ILCS Ch. 410, Act 82, § 35).
   (B)   All terms contained in § 35 of the Smoke Free Illinois Act shall, if defined in § 10 of the Act, have the same meanings as set forth in that § 10.
