(A) It shall be unlawful for a minor to possess or consume any tobacco product, electronic cigarette or alternative tobacco product.
(B) An exception to division (A) above is that division (A) shall not apply in the case of a minor who possesses these products in or upon private premises in the presence of their legal guardian when the products were delivered to the minor by their parent or legal guardian.
