For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE. Any substance as defined and included in the schedule contained in Article II of the Illinois Controlled Substance Act (ILCS Ch. 720, Act 570, §§ 201 et seq.), as now in force and as may be amended from time to time.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE. Any violation as defined in § 11-501 of the Illinois Vehicle Code (ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, § 11-501) as now in force and as may be amended from time to time.
DRIVING WHILE DRIVER’S LICENSE, PERMIT OR PRIVILEGE TO OPERATE A MOTOR VEHICLE IS SUSPENDED OR REVOKED. Any violation as defined in § 6-303 of the Illinois Vehicle Code (ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, § 6-303), as now in force and as may be amended from time to time.
DRUG PARAPHERNALIA. Any equipment, product, and/or materials as defined in § 2 of the Drug Paraphernalia Act (ILCS Ch. 720, Act 600, § 2), as now in force and as may be amended from time to time.
FLEEING AND ATTEMPTING TO ELUDE A POLICE OFFICER. Any offenses as defined in §§ 11-204 or 11-204.1 of the Illinois Vehicle Code, ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, §§ 11-204 and 11-204.1, as now in force and as may be amended from time to time.
MOTOR VEHICLE. The meaning ascribed to it in Title VII of this municipal code.
OWNER. The record title holder of a motor vehicle as shown on the records of the Secretary of State of registration of the vehicle.
UNLAWFUL USE OF WEAPONS. A violation of § 24-1(a)(4) of the Illinois Criminal Code (ILCS Ch. 720, Act 5, § 24-1(a)(4)).
