§ 32.050 BOARD COMPOSITION; ELECTION OF MEMBERS; TERMS; VACANCIES.
   (A)   The Foreign Fire Insurance Board shall consist of five members with one vote each. The members of the Fire Department shall elect four officers who shall serve as members of the Board. The fifth position, trustee, shall be filled by the Chief of the Fire Department.
   (B)   The members of the Board shall elect the following officers:
      (1)   Chairperson;
      (2)   Vice-chairperson;
      (3)   Treasurer;
      (4)   Secretary; and
      (5)   Trustee.
   (C)   Elected members of the Board shall serve two-year terms and until their successors are elected and installed. The initial terms of office of the elected members of the Board shall begin January 1, 1996, and shall expire on December 31 of the applicable year as follows: the first Board elected will consist of two members elected for two years and two members elected for one year.
   (D)   Vacancies shall be filled by election of the members of the Department for the balance of the unexpired term, if more than three months remain in the term of the member leaving the Board.
