No person shall keep, sell or deliver any poison or poisonous matter except in a container having the name thereof marked legibly thereon, together with the word “Poison” placed and marked in such a manner as to attract immediate attention thereto, and the antidote therefor, if any (or, if applicable, the fact that there is no antidote).
