§ 130.017 TAMPERING WITH WIRES, CABLES AND THE LIKE.
   No person, except in the course of his or her employment, shall tamper or interfere in any manner with a telephone, telegraph or other wire or cable conducting electric current, or with any pole or other structure used to support the wire or cable.
